Refunds Policy

e-Learning Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our e-Learning courses. However, we offer refunds only if a course has not been started.

Requests for Refunds

If you have not yet begun an e-Learning course and are dissatisfied with the purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your course purchase date. Refund requests must be made via email to Please include your name, email address used for purchase, date of purchase, name of course purchased, and reason for seeking a refund.

Refund Process

If you have not launched or begun any portion of the digital course content, we will issue a full refund of the course purchase price within 30 days. Unfortunately, once you have logged into a course or begun any part of the course, we cannot offer refunds.

After a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at time of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed by your bank/credit card company after issued on our end.

Expiration of Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the e-Learning course will be immediately revoked. Please be sure to download any needed course materials you would like to keep prior to requesting the refund.
