Refunds Policy

e-Learning Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our e-Learning courses. However, we offer refunds only if a course has not been started.

Requests for Refunds

If you have not yet begun an e-Learning course and are dissatisfied with the purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your course purchase date. Refund requests must be made via email to training@arca.org.uk. Please include your name, email address used for purchase, date of purchase, name of course purchased, and reason for seeking a refund.

Refund Process

If you have not launched or begun any portion of the digital course content, we will issue a full refund of the course purchase price within 30 days. Unfortunately, once you have logged into a course or begun any part of the course, we cannot offer refunds.

After a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at time of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed by your bank/credit card company after issued on our end.

Expiration of Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the e-Learning course will be immediately revoked. Please be sure to download any needed course materials you would like to keep prior to requesting the refund.
